In San Teodoro you’ll find countless beaches of peerless beauty waiting for you: of these, three are easily accessible from the city center: La Cinta, Cala d'Ambra and Isuledda.
La Cinta is the main beach of San Teodoro, made of fine, white sand. Its soft rolling dunes, behind the large lagoon, cover the coast for 3 km and offer one of the most beautiful landscape ever seen.

The Isuledda, in the South of San Teodoro, it is a real natural jewel: the beach, made of clear and fine sand, is surrounded by a series of thick bushes from the strong scent and exalted by the turquoise sea. The shallow waters make this beach perfect for swimming, especially for children, and optimal for snorkeling enthusiasts.
You can access to Costa Caddu, in the extreme Southern edge of San Teodoro district, through a dirt road: the rocky beach host a section of beautiful seas which are ideal for snorkeling and fishing.
The charming waterfront of Punt'Aldia, characterised by a dense vegetation, is contiguous to the beach of Lu Impostu in the North and to that of La Cinta in the South, from which it is separated by the small mouth of the lagoon of San Teodoro. Exactly from here, you can move from one bay to another.
The beach of Cala Brandinchi, also know as “the small Tahiti” thanks to the intense brilliance of its waters which reminds those of French Polynesia, is a real jewel of the Sardinian coast: its shallow waters and the surrounding pine forest, made this beach a perfect choice for families.
Cala Girgolu, the beach from the pink granite cliffs, is another natural paradise with Mediterranean vegetation and the many turquoise shades of the sea. It is opened to the wonderful view of the imposing Tavolara Island which is right to the front.
The white beach of Lu Impostu, which is separated from the Brandinchi ones by a wooded headland, is characterized by the nice aroma and the bright color of its Mimosa trees. It’s reachable going through a short slope and walking across a small pond behind.
