Easter in Florence

For the Palm Sunday in Greve, in the Chianti's area, we suggest to participate to the ceremony of the blessing palms that commemorates Jesus'triumphal entry into Jerusalem.

In Florence, during the Easter Sunday, you can attend to the ancient and traditional feast of the Explosion of the Cart escorted by musicians and flag bearers, which involves the burning of the dove, which actually is a rocket that looks like a white pigeon.
