The Luxury property is composed of 2 levels ; on the ground floor you will have the entrance, a well laid out living-room which is an open space with the dining-room facing the Faragas bay. The kitchen is also open. As the villa has been created to be the most flexible and interconnected possible, the interior is connected with the exterior by a room. In addition, on this floor you will find four bedrooms which all have their private bathroom as well as the air-conditioned. On the minus floor 1 the personal staff will sleep there.Your intimacy and privacy will always be protected and respected. You will have two more independant guest-houses with sea view.

This Luxury villa can welcome until 12 people. Outside, you will find a nice terrace, a massive overflowing swimming-pool of 78 m2 (13 x 6) where you could swim in a unique scenery.
