The villa's layout

The heart of this wonderfully restored farmhouse is a fully furnished, large, eat-in kitchen. Next to it is a welcoming and relaxing living room with a satellite TV. Two spacious double bedrooms are also on the first floor and have ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms look out on the picturesque Umbrian landscape. On the second floor there are two twin bedrooms, also with ensuite bathrooms and fantastic views.

For additional capacity of two more people, there is an apartment with a separate entrance on the first floor. The spacious living room includes a library and fireplace, with three French windows facing the expansive green lawn. The apartment also has a double bedroom and bathroom with shower, as well as a TV game room and kitchenette.

The farmhouse looks out on a beautiful, well-maintained garden that merges into nearby olive groves. The swimming pool in the garden is set against the spectacular panorama of the Tiber valley.
