The Villa sleeps 7 people and is furnished to the highest standard and is the perfect balance of contemporary quality and comfort without losing its original charm. The interior of Villa Donata has been tastefully renovated to create a bright atmosphere, by blending classical with modern, fully respecting the excellent taste of a famous Italian interior and art designer. The interiors are furnished with real Biedermaier and original and very rare empire paintings, large white sofas, handmade linen curtains. The original and carefully decorated interior shows a 1100 (time of the villa's first stone) gothic arch which connects the different living areas. The modern outdoor furnished areas, with precious handmade terracotta vases, a huge salt water swimming pool with comfortable loungers with white seat cushions, white umbrellas, provide the ideal setting for enjoying a moment in the shade and al fresco dining in the several terraces around the house. Those who are more active can use the swimming pool or walk through the splendid Tuscan countryside to make the vacation perfect. An independent suite for two more people can be made available upon request at extra cost of Euro 1250 a week. Villa Donata has A/C in three bedrooms and Wi-Fi internet connection. The rental includes two days a week of cleaning service, and on request guests can employ more maid hours and the services of a local expert cook, making a stay at Villa Donata a totally relaxing Tuscan holiday experience

The villa's layout

Ground Floor: Features a large dining room with a very charming atmosphere and a big dining table for 8 people. The spacious living room, which is furnished with big white sofas and boasts an open marble fireplace, allows direct access to a large terrace overlooking an amazing scenery. Still on the ground floor is a lovely family room and the modern and well equipped kitchen which has an American fridge, five burner stove, oven, microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, water boiler. The floor is completed by the powder room (toilette and hand basin).

First Floor: The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with whirlpool tub, the second double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub. While the third double bedroom and one bedroom with French size bed share a bathroom with shower. The three double bedrooms have air conditioning.
Basement level: the annexe is accessed only from outside and is located under the large terrace that looks onto the valley. It features a smal sitting room, a double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. It is air conditioned.
