The villa can accommodate groups of up to 31 guests at an extra cost of 3,000 euros per week and up to 35 guests at an extra cost of 9,000 euros per week.

The villa's layout

Ground Floor: Access to the entrance hall is by means of a short flight of stairs. On the right the television room (SAT TV, DVDs, VCR) has a massive plasma screen and is adjacent to the children?s play room (with the latest Playstation, etc.) and corner bar. On the left, a corridor leads to a double bedroom and to a suite with queen-size bed. The corridor takes you down to a shaded terrace equipped for evening aperitifs or card games. There are stairs from the lobby to the upper and lower floors. Another corridor leads to the family chapel, a single bedroom, a suite with king-size bed, and two more double bedrooms.
Upper Floor: At the top of the stairs to the right, there is a generous double bedroom. To the left, a spacious and finely appointed living room is followed on one side by a double bedroom and a corridor leading to a further two double bedrooms and to a twin bedroom.
Lower floor: This floor houses the professional kitchen and the dining room which can be opened up for large groups of diners. These rooms have access to a shaded terrace where up to thirty-six guests can be accommodated for exquisite al-fresco dining. The lower floor also contains a spacious living room with spectacular arches and local stone features. To one side of the living room there is another bedroom suite with king-size bed.
All bedrooms and suites have en-suite bathrooms with tubs.
