Once an old manor farm, the property has been entirely renovated transforming it into a luxurious estate without sacrificing its antique majesty and charm. The delightfully furnished interiors are sure to make anyone feel at home.
The villa is immersed in over 4 hectares of Mediterranean foliage where to appreciate a silent and peaceful atmosphere. The estate overlooks the islands of Giannutri, Giglio and Isola Rossa and spectacular sunsets are to be enjoyed form the many outdoor areas.
This villa offers the best solutions for guests looking for a light-hearted holiday: Pamper yourself in the Turkish bath, enjoy a swim in the infinity pool or take a peaceful walk through the vineyard. Guests also have the possibility to enjoy other outdoor activities (at an extra cost) such as horseback riding on Danish thoroughbreds in the arena or on the long sandy beaches. Fishing boats and helicopters are available for rent for fun excursions over Mediterranean including the Tuscan Arcipelago, Giglio , Capri, Corsica and Sardinia. For the more energetic and sporty guests, nature trekking, mountain bike riding and off quad rides are also available.

The villa's layout

Access to the property is through a precious antique gate which opens onto a driveway leading up to a parking area with covered and non-covered spaces for up to 10 cars. Right by the parking area is a helicopter landing field. A cobblestone pathway then leads to a large seawater swimming pool and a changing room and SPA area, where there is a Turkish bath, large shower and panoramic glass windows. An outdoor kitchen and a large table are available, ideal for alfresco dining on warm summer nights.
To the left of the swimming pool area, there is an independent unit with a double bedroom, with a walk in closet, a bathroom with a large American shower and windows overlooking stunning panoramic views of the sea.
Located just above the swimming pool is the main house which has a spacious living room with fireplace and a dining room large dining table. Moreover, A single bedroom, a closet area and a bathroom with shower. On the side of the house is a professional kitchen with pizza stone oven, an outside dining table underneath a pergola and a large gazebo with lounge chairs where to relax in the shade or watch the sunsets.

From the single bedroom there is access onto another single bedroom

From the carpark, through a large vineyard is access to another fragment of the property in which there are 2 more units.
The first has a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a beautiful ancient bathtuband changing room. The second unit has another large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a changing room.
All units are provided with air conditioning, Sat TV and wi-fi internet access.
