The villa's layout
Ground Floor: Guests enter into a spacious lobby serving also as dining area. This opens to the right to a twin and a double bedroom both with en suite bathrooms one with shower and the other with bathtub. To the left a corridor leads to a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. A double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub completes this floor. To the extreme right a corridor leads to the Torretta, opening into a double bedroom, where some stairs lead to a higher level where there is a bathroom with shower and a sitting room. French windows open to the main terrace. Higher Floor: From the ground floor, a stairway leads to the higher floor, where there is a spacious living room with fireplace and dining area equipped with a kitchenette. French windows open onto the main terrace overlooking the sea and equipped with a dining table and sun loungers. Annexe: 25 steps down from the main villa on a lower level there is an annexe which features two double bedrooms each with own bathroom with shower. Torre
