The villa's layout
Access to the Villa is gained by walking across the garden from the private car park. From the main entrance, you enter the dining room while to the left a living room leads to the garden and the pool. Further on, there is a large, fully equipped modern kitchen behind which you will find one small single bedroom with bathroom and bathtub originally built for the housemaid. On the right of the dining room, a doorway leads to a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the same side as the large dining room, another door opens into a second twin bedroom adjacent to a bathroom with bathtub. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower completes the ground floor.
The first and ground floors are linked by an elegantly curved staircase. The first floor contains a double bedroom with access to the terrace and a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a cosy study with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the sea. A glass door gives access to the terrace from where the swimming-pool area can be reached down a few steps.
