Why do we need passenger information and how do we use it?
When you book a Villa or apartment with DVV, we need to know your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also need to know all the names of the persons travelling.
This information allows us to process your booking and to send through your accommodation reservation by fax or post. We ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you urgently if there is a problem with your reservation.
You can also opt for us to remember your address for your next visit. This will make your next flight booking even quicker.
When you subscribe to our e-mail service, DVV Mail, we ask for your name and e-mail address so that we can send you our e-mail newsletter.
