You can check availability and price for each property by looking at its interactive calendar on the property’s first page, where a red box means the week is already booked, a white box the week is not rentable, a blue one the property is under option (usually for no more than seven days) and a green one that the week is available.
To begin the booking process, just click on the week you are interested in or click on “booking request” on the left of the page. Complete the online details, and we will get in touch with you to confirm availability and price for your chosen period, and we may suggest alternatives. Once your choice is made, send us a completed Booking Request Form (included with our message to you and also downloadable below) and you will then have the benefit of an option over your chosen property.
In order to secure your booking you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount, 50% if the total rental cost exceeds 15,000 euros or 100% if the booking is less than 60 days before arrival. The most economical method is by bank transfer in Euros or UK£ or (for villas in Barbados only) in US$. Payment by credit card can be accepted only via Paypal. There are additional bank charges of 5% if you pay via Paypal. For payments in UK£ we will apply the exchange rate into Euro provided by our bank, HSBC. We will issue your booking confirmation and a receipted invoice upon receipt of payment. All bookings are subject to our standard
