This country house features four splendid acres of outside grounds with a perfectly manicured lawn measuring 3,500 square metres which surrounds the house and the pool area. The pool measures 14 x 7 metres. On one side of the garden is an artificial grass tennis court which also serves as a mini football pitch.
There are two comfortable verandas for outside dining, one off the main house and the other next to the cottage beside the pool.
The villa is very quiet and private, access is along a private road with its own entrance gate. Nonetheless the nearest village is just 3km away. Il Mulino is furnished in an elegant country style, making it a house with character and very pleasant to live in. It is served by full time staff living on the premises, and they take care of the daily cleaning of the house and the preparation of all meals.
