Technical Description of Farmhouse La Colonica in Chianti
Ground Floor: From the entrance hall, to the right, 3 stairs lead down to the living room. The living area is divided into three areas. On the right are two large sofas and a plasma TV, in the centre there is second sitting area with a fireplace and a French window that opens directly onto the swimming pool area. Beyond the fireplace is the dining room. The extremely modern kitchen can by accessed either from the living room or from the entrance hall passing through a second hall. From the second hall just next to the staircase is a small single room which has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
First Floor: From the second hall of the ground floor a stairway leads to the second floor with its 4 bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, to the left, is a large bedroom with 2 twin beds and an en-suite shower room. To the right of the stairs is another twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Two stairs down and on the left you walk through a small closet into the master bedroom which features a Plasma TV and a fireplace. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large tub. On the right side there is another double bedroom with en-suite double shower room.
