Lotto 106. Lotto 106 is a luxury villa set in the exclusive private estate of Roccamare, a mile or so from the Tuscan resort of Castiglione della Pescaia and is the epitome of style, as you would expect from its owner, a world famous fashion designer family.
Like all the villas home in the Roccamare estate Lotto 106 has been expertly integrated into the ancient pine-tree forest. The villa is surrounded by 1 acre of perfectly tended lawns and garden, with the swimming pool area, complete with pool house, located at one end of the garden. The private beach which is a 2 minute walk from the villa is for the exclusive use of the residents of Roccamare. Lotto 106 has its own changing hut and shaded area and a practical table with benches for picnics on the beach. This stretch of coast is famous for its crystal clear water and during the summer season the beach is cleaned daily.
The villa deploys on two levels, a ground floor and a lower level with 7 bedrooms in total. There is air conditioning throughout the house, and it is equipped with the most up-to-date facilities. Guests at Lotto 106 will be attended to by two full time staff who live on the premises in a detached apartment off the kitchen. The staff prepare breakfast in the morning and all other meals during the day. The staff on request can provide a grocery shopping service. The gardener is on duty twice a week.
