Technical Description of Villa Lotto 106 in Punta Ala Ground floor: Entrance is into a large living area. To one side there is a dining table. Sliding doors lead to the outside terrace equipped with garden sofas and two more dining tables, a circular one for 8 and a rectangular one for 10. To one side of the living area there is a sitting area with TV. To the rear is the fully equipped kitchen, with a laundry room behind.
