Technical Description of Villa Montesassi in Chianti Ground Floor: Entrance is into a small lobby. Straight on, a stairway leads to the upper floor. To the left are a Breakfast room followed by a large and fully equipped kitchen. To the right is the large dining room with large table seating up to 14. A guest bathroom completes the floor. First Floor: The stairway from the ground floor leads directly into a large living area composed of a double living room, a sitting room with fireplace, a study also with fireplace and a TV room. At one end of this floor is a double bedroom with king size bed with its en suite bathroom with tub. A single room for the exclusive use of the cook completes this floor. Second Floor: There is a double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with tub and telephone shower. Two more double bedrooms share a very spacious bathroom with tub and telephone shower. Annexe: Just 10 meters from the outside entrance, a door leads to a small annexe wherein a sitting room sits between two bedrooms, one with three single beds (ideal for children) and the other with a French size bed (ideal for the nanny). Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
