Technical Description of Villa Le Sabine in Bolgheri
Main floor: From the ground level an internal stairway leads up to the main floor of the villa. To the right a dining room leads into a conservatory used as breakfast room. Straight on a spacious living room with windows opening onto the front terrace overlooking the sea. Further on to the left a sitting room with fireplace and TV opening to a veranda to the side. To the back is the kitchen, a laundry room and a service bathroom. A marble internal stairway leads up to the first floor.
First floor: There are five bedrooms in total. Three to the front have windows overlooking the sea. Of these three, two twin bedrooms (one with walk in closet) share a bathroom with tub, and another twin has its en-suite bathroom with tub. On the left and right hand side there are two further twin bedrooms both with their en suite bathrooms with tub. Four of the five bedrooms can be converted into double beds, and all tubs have telephone showers.
