Technical Description of Villa del Conte in Bolgheri Ground floor: entrance hall; dining room with fireplace; large library with fireplace; drawing room; double bedroom with shower room; large kitchen with breakfast area and fireplace; ironing room and utility room, staff quarters. First floor: Up the stairway to the left is a double bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower; then a twin bedroom with walk in closet and a bathroom outside with tub. To the right are two more double bedrooms with walk in closet and two ensuite bathrooms with tub. Second floor (tower): Children’s bedroom with bunk beds and one other bed (sleeps 3) with shower room ensuite. This is the only bedroom with air conditioning (portable).
