Poggio al Pero is surrounded by beautifully tended and extensive grounds of 5 acres. The ground floor of the villa opens into a spacious covered veranda with wooden flooring, ideal for al fresco dinners, relaxing reading in swinging hammocks caressed by the summer breeze or just enjoying evening drinks. The swimming pool area is located on a slightly lower level and measures 13 x 6m.
The Villa comprises two units; the main house featuring four bedrooms, and the guest quarters which are a detached annexe besides the pool with 4 independent bedrooms.
Poggio al Pero is serviced by two full time attentive but non intrusive caretakers (a husband and wife team) who live on the premises in a separate apartment.
