Technical Description of Villa L'Acacia in Ansedonia
Steps from an outer gate lead to the veranda where majestic French windows open onto the large living room area, divided into three parts: a lounge to the right and a further sitting room with TV to the left plus a games room. A few yards further down on the left, the dining room is followed by a second entrance hall and the kitchen with access to the rear garden. Alongside the kitchen there is a handy laundry room and the caretaker's rooms.
A discreet door on the right side of the main living room leads to the sleeping area. The master bedroom has TV and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi; the corridor leads to one double bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom and to a fourth double bedroom – both with en-suite bathrooms with shower. The fifth bedroom has two single beds and of course its own en-suite bathroom with shower. This last bedroom is on the upper floor and stands on a wide terrace; it may be reached by two stairways – one internal and one external.
