Technical Description of Villa Castello Leopoldo in Maremma
Ground floor:
To the left of the entrance hall there is a cosy sitting room. At the end of the hall, to the left stands the second sitting room with fireplace and corner bar with access to an intimate study and sitting room equipped with SAT TV and fast Internet point
The main dining room is on the right as you come in; there is a smaller dining room adjacent to the kitchen. All interiors are furnished with impeccable taste and comfort - “Castello Leopoldo” possesses many beautiful antiques and works of art.
First Floor:
Two staircases access the first floor: one to the left and one to the right of the entrance hall. At the top of the left-hand staircase there is a magnificent bedroom suite with doors onto a terrace. Alongside you will find two double bedrooms and another bedroom suite. The castle’s tower can also be accessed from this area; it hosts a further single bedroom.
Further bedrooms are located on the mezzanine: a double bedroom, a child’s bedroom suite, and stairs up to the attic equipped with one smaller bedroom and en suite bathroom.
The staircase to the right of the entrance hall is enlivened by two antique suits of armour. It leads to the superb Grand Duke’s bedroom suite. The smaller adjacent bedroom suite also contains a grand piano. This area also has two further double bedrooms.
