Giannella. is a modern seafront villa located just 30 steps from the Giannella beach from which its name derives and which makes this Argentario villa's position truly exceptional. The villa really is “pied dans l’eau” with the beach literally a few steps away from the front porch. Another great feature is the villa's fenced and locked private estate enclosing a stretch of Mediterranean pine forest leading straight onto the beach. This private estate extends over 15 acres and comprises Giannella and 2 other quite separate and discreet properties belonging to the owner’s family.
Giannella is composed of a main house with five bedrooms and two separate and independent annexes, one sleeping four and the other two. The incredibly spacious roof terrace featuring a sitting and dining area with BBQ facility and a large Jacuzzi pool is a must to be mentioned and utterly luxurious. From here beneath the gentle shade of the pine tress, guests will enjoy unforgettable views of the beach, the sea, the Argentario peninsula and other islands at the distance. Access to the beach from the villa is direct and private, and guests at Giannella will mostly have the beach to themselves as the nearest public access to the beach is 2 kms away in each direction. Giannella villa is very strategically positioned for visits to the local area. The nearest village, Albinia, is just 3.5 kms away, while the picturesque destinations of the Argentario peninsula such as Porto S. Stefano, Porto Ercole, and Orbetello are all within 15 minutes drive. The inland attractions such as Magliano in Toscana and Scansano are also very easily reached in less then 25 minutes.
Giannella features air conditioning throughout, wireless internet connection and maid service for six hours a day.
Weekly additional annexe cost is Euro 1750 for the larger one (sleeping 4) and Euro 700 for the smaller one (sleeping 2). If you would like to rent both the annexes (sleeping 6), the cost would be Euro 2,250.
In August rental periods are of two weeks minimum.
