Technical Description of Villa Poggio del Barbiere in Punta Ala
You enter the house via a lofty, shaded pergola. The entrance hall leads to a spacious double living room with large French windows that give on to the front terrace and garden overlooking the bay. Further on, to the left, the dining area has a fine round table that seats eight. From the dining area, a door opens onto a corridor leading to a single room on the left and then to a small bathroom; the kitchen is at the end. It is a luminous room with big windows that look onto part of the garden.
The sleeping area is floored with parquet and is starts to the right of the entrance hall. A corridor leads down to the rooms: a double bedroom on the left is followed by a bathroom with shower; further on, still to the left, there is a second double bedroom and twin bedroom: These rooms both have their own bathrooms with shower on the right of the corridor. A single bedroom to the right at the end of the corridor completes the ensemble.
