Il Tiglio A. This fine old country house is equidistant – about a mile each way - from the two ancient villages of Cetona (good shops and a fresh vegetable market on Wednesday mornings) and Sarteano (of Etruscan origin), in beautiful southern Tuscany.
“Il Tiglio” (The Lime Tree) has undergone extensive renovations in recent years. The property consists of the main house which can sleep up to eight in absolute comfort, and two comfortable annexes. These can accommodate a further four guests each thus making a total of 16.
The house is ensconced in a spacious and well tended garden abounding in a variety of trees and flowers including roses.
From the pool area a few yards from the main house, guests will enjoy magnificent views of the unforgettable landscapes for which this corner of Tuscany is so famous.
