Technical Description of Farmhouse La Chiantigiana in Chianti La Chiantigiana is composed of a main house and a separate annexe known as The Barn. The Main House: This has a dining terrace overlooking the pool and the gardens and a large living area adjoining the kitchen. There is a twin bedroom with its own entrance to the gardens and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and shower over. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer on this floor. The upper floor of the Main House features a study area with internet access, a family room which can be used as a twin bedroom, having a sofa bed and further single bed. The master suite has a king sized bed, and a large ensuite bathroom with tub and separate shower. A further twin bedroom (which can be joined to fom a king-sized bed) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and separate shower complete the floor. A lower floor, connected by an internal staircase and with direct access to the garden and pool area, contains a large double bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The Barn: which is adjacent to the main house, is an independent apartment and has a spacious double bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower stall and tub. There is also a kitchenette and a sofa bed.
