“Villa di Scordia” is twenty miles east of Catania, just thirty minutes away by car. In thirty minutes guests can also reach the nearest beach. Thanks to its location, it is the ideal venue for combining absolute relaxation with unforgettable trips to Sicily’s wealth of cultural and natural attractions.
The property is actually made up of three independent apartments: “Tarocco” and “Tangerine” that are adjacent to each other and a third apartment known as “Navellino” slightly detached. Most bedrooms at Villa di Scordia have air conditioning.
The swimming pool area is impressive, very spacious with comfortable couches and loungers making it the ideal place to relax during the warmer hours. The rental price includes the daily service of a cook for breakfast and dinner, but not including grocery costs.
Guests at Villa di Scordia will have an opportunity to taste the best of Sicilian cuisine prepared by Sergio the local cook. At extra cost, guests may use mountain bikes, the volleyball pitch, the ping pong table and have access to the new five green golf course.
