Technical Description of Villa L'Edera A in Catania hills
Ground Floor: Entrance to “L’Edera” is up a short flight of stairs leading into a small lobby. To the left, the spacious dining room is followed by a living room with fireplace and french windows opening onto the front terrace and garden. To the right of the lobby a fully equipped kitchen has access to a covered pergola – ideal for al-fresco dinners.
Lower floor: From the entrance lobby a short ramp leads down to the lower floor. A corridor takes you to two bedrooms - a single and a twin, a service bathroom, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room.
Upper Floor: At the top of the stairs a corridor runs the entire length of the house. To the right there is the master bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, walk-in closet and windows giving onto the side garden. To the left, there is one single bedroom and then a double bedroom with walk-in closet and adjacent bathroom with shower.
