Villa Rubia. is a country house located at the heart of the famous Costa Smeralda in northern Sardinia. It has glorious views over the crystal clear waters of the Costa Smeralda and is only a short drive away from a number of typical Sardinian sandy beaches. The house is a restored and enlarged shepherd’s dwelling and retains an atmosphere of the old Sardinia in that it is quiet, relaxing and feels integrated within its natural surroundings. Particularly so given that it not only has a splendid swimming pool, but also an outdoor Jacuzzi for those balmy summer evenings watching the sunset. The house benefits from a carefully tended garden, has shaded terraces and of particular note is the splendidly equipped outside eating and barbeque area. The house is mainly deployed on a single level. The caretaker is also available to cook simple but delicious Sardinian dishes for you on request. In July and August a minimum rental of two consecutive weeks applies.
In the period Jan to end of Apr and Nov to end of Year there is a Euro 900 discount on the low season price (except for the two weeks over Christmas and New Year and the Easter week)
