Villa Contros. is a sumptuous stone walled villa located on the North Eastern coast of Sardinia a mere 15 km south of Olbia. The villa stands on a hillside just 1 km from the shore and enjoys fantastic views of the coastline and of the island of Tavolara. The nearest village is Porto San Paolo which is just 1 km away. From here motor boats can be rented to take trips to the islands of Tavolara and Molara, and to the unforgettable beaches of this area such as Corallina, Porto Taverna and Coda Cavallo to name but three. All these beaches can be reached by car within a 10 minute drive. Villa Contros’ infinity pool measuring 20 by 9 metres, overlooking the coastline and with an annexed heated Jacuzzi pool makes this villa absolutely unique. In addition to the pool area, the perfectly tended 3500 square metre garden and the covered terraces off the living room all contribute to making a stay at Villa Contros a most relaxing Sardinian Holiday.
The villa has a ground floor and a lower floor. It is tastefully furnished with some original antiques; there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms, and the villa is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is also a study room equipped with telephone, fax and internet connection. A caretaker and his wife live on the premises, providing 4 hours daily maid service, breakfast preparation, pool cleaning etc. On request the caretaker will provide chauffeur service for transfers to the beaches, airport, shops etc.
A minimum rental period of two weeks applies to rentals for July and August.
