Technical Description of Villa del Pevero in Costa Smeralda
An outside patio entrance leads directly into a spacious kitchen area, in turn leading to an outside terrace with dining table. The large and fully equipped kitchen has a round table seating six. A service bathroom completes this area. To the left a door opens onto an open plan dining and living area, deploying on three slightly different levels. The living area has a fireplace. At the end of this area sliding glass doors open onto the veranda which surrounds the entire villa and also leads to the pool.
There are three bedrooms on this level. From the living area a short corridor leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub. To the back of the house from an internal patio there are two more double bedrooms (accessible only from the patio) with en-suite shower rooms. Both these bedrooms have windows onto the garden.
At semi-basement level, both accessible only from outside, are a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a single bedroom with a bathroom to be used by the staff.
