To the left of the entrance hall and directly ahead lie the seven principal bedrooms, six double and one twin. Three of the double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. Two of the remaining double bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and the final double shares yet another bathroom (bathtub and shower) with the twin bedroom. To the right of the entrance hall are two further twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub. Ahead and to the right from the entrance hall are the spacious patio, living areas and covered terrace, all of which face towards the headland and sea. To the rear of the living accommodation are the kitchen and dining room, as well as a laundry room.
