Technical Description of Villa Giuseppina in Lake Como
The Villa is divided into three parts. The museum (which has a 24/7 alarm) and the Caretakers’ house are not for rent.
The rentable part consists of the main entrance, a side entrance, a large living room, a dining room with seating for 18, a TV room, a studio with PC and fax, one bathroom, two rooms with a bathroom for staff, and a large fully-equipped kitchen. There are six bedrooms, of which three are mini suites with king size beds, a private studio and en-suite bathroom. There is one king size bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms with studios and bathrooms.
