Technical Description of Farmhouse La Colomba in Spoleto Ground Floor: From a covered loggia, you enter a spacious stone-walled kitchen with a storage and utilities room. You can access the dining room either from the loggia or from the kitchen. From the dining room you walk through to a spacious sitting room with fireplace and windows facing the countryside. Stairs from the dining room lead to the first floor bedrooms. First Floor: On the left a walk in closet leading to the bathroom with bathtub and shower over. On the right there is a double bedroom with an outside bathroom with tub. Another double bedroom with ensuite shower room is on the same floor. The Tower: A staircase leads to a small study with a sofa bed which has its own shower room and a double bed on a raised platform.
