Technical Description of Villa Santa Maria in Todi
Ground Floor:
You enter into a large hall with stairs up to the first floor. To the right there is a living room with fireplace followed by dining room and kitchen – both fitted with French windows that open onto the outside shaded veranda with dining table and grill. To the left of the main door there is one twin bedroom and double bedroom served by a bathroom with tub followed by the large, well-lit playroom. A service bathroom completes the floor.
First Floor:
At the top of the stairs there is a second living room with fireplace. The spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub is next-door. On the other side of the living room a door opens onto a corridor with rooms on both sides - a small kitchen, two children’s room with bunk beds, two double bedrooms and finally a bathroom with tub.
