Technical Description of Apartment Umbertino in Rome City centre
To gain entry you pass through an attractive internal courtyard bedecked with palm trees and other typically Mediterranean flora. You then have the choice of a lift or stairs..
Tastefully furnished (including several antique pieces dating to the early 19th century), “Umbertino” has parquet flooring and central heating throughout. The front door opens onto a spacious drawing room with two sitting areas and windows overlooking the palazzo’s internal courtyards. An arch separates the drawing room from the dining room. A long corridor leads to the rest of the apartment with windows again giving onto the larger courtyard. The first door on the right opens onto a bathroom with a smart oval tub. Next, the well equipped kitchen has a breakfast table that can seat four. A right-angle bend in the corridor houses a comfy TV corner. This is followed by another small bathroom with shower and twin bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed with orthopaedic mattress. The master bedroom is the final room at the end of the corridor.
