St. Charles Lagoon. The St. Charles apartments are part of a purpose-built and self-contained marina complex on the fashionable west coast of the island ideal for those who like to vacation in a discreetly secure environment. The full facilities of the marina are of course available to guests to bring their own yachts. There are both two and three bedrooms apartments available, on any of the three floors of the building. Those on the ground floor have an outside patio overlooking the crystal clear waters of the lagoonl, while those above have terraces overlooking the lagoon and its marina. A few steps will take you to all the available facilities, including of course the sandy beach, not forgetting a choice of restaurants, tennis courts and other exercise facilities, and the helipad for the quickest way to get to your dream destination. Complimentary Water Taxis are available to get you from place to place within the complex.
Quoted prices are for the three bedroom apartments. Two bedroom apartments are available at a discount ranging from 10% to 20% depending on the season.
