Technical Description of Villa del Capo in Calabria MAIN VILLA: 8+2 Ground Floor: You enter the house from the patio and on the left is a dining room and a large kitchen and a large storage room. On the right is a living room which has two sitting areas with a large TV with a SKY satellite digibox. All the ground floor rooms have French windows opening into the patio which has an outdoor sitting area with comfortable sofas and a large dining table which can seat up to 16 persons. On the First Floor: A long corridor gives access to 4 double bedrooms (2 are smaller) each with its ensuite bathroom (2 tubs and 2 showers). On the left of the corridor are: STROMBOLI (master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub), then PONZA (with en-suite shower room). Both rooms have sea views. On the right side of the corridor is PROCIDA (with en-suite shower room) and ISCHIA (ensuite bathroom with bathtub). At the end of the corridor a door opens onto a small terrace from where you access the fifth room VENTOTENE which has a small bathtub with shower. Annexes: On a higher position about 50 metres from the main villa is the beautiful room ASINARA with three windows overlooking the sea and a private terrace. It has its own shower room and walk-in closet. A further 100 metres up the hill is an independent apartment called CASA VERDE which features a double room with a bathroom (with bathtub/shower?) Another 50 metres up is CASA NUOVA another independent apartment featuring two double bedrooms, each with own bathroom with shower + (kitchen). At the end of the road is another house LA FINANZA sleeping a total of 10 plus 4 in bunk beds and which is divided into 2 separate units: ARCO and PITTARA: ARCO has 3 double bedrooms and a room with bunk beds. There are three bathrooms (all showers) and a small living area with a dining table and kitchen PITTARA has one double bedroom and also a room with bunk beds. It has one bathroom plus kitchen and living area. Below the main villa there are two further units: ELBA which has a double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower. ORTO is a small independent apartment which has a double bedroom with a bathroom and shower, a small kitchen with dining area and a small covered terrace which leads to the orchard. Behind the main villa and almost attached to the main building are three rooms: two double bedrooms and a smaller twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (SALINA, LIPARI,) but of a lesser quality.
