I Faraglioni. This modern property is located just minutes from the famous Marina Piccola area of Capri. It is divided into two separate houses, each with two bedrooms, all overlooking a large terrace. It is one of the few villas that can be reached directly by car but at the same time is just a 15 minute walk to the famous Piazetta in the centre of Capri. It takes no longer to walk down to the exclusive Marina Piccola beaches and restaurants. Villa I Faraglioni offers magnificent views over the Marina Piccola bay towards the Faraglioni rocks (the twin sea-stacks which are the symbol of Capri). From its small but refreshing swimming pool guests can enjoy this breathtaking panorama while sipping a cool aperitif before an al-fresco dinner on the terraces featuring an elegant external dining table under a white linen canopy, with seating for up to eight, and a full bar and external kitchen unit (with 5-range hob, barbeque, small refrigerator and dishwasher) with large marble countertop, external refrigerator and bar stools. There is air-conditioning throughout both units.
In the period Sept. 26 to Oct. 24 there is a reduction of Euro 6.000 a week on the published rate. In the two weeks of Christams and New Year theer is a supplement of Euro 1.800 on the published rate.
