Technical Description of Apartment Il Marinaio in Praiano
Access to the house is through a small courtyard, from which a door opens to a small hallway. To the left is a double bedroom with French window to the panoramic terrace. On the right a sitting room with sofa bed separating another double bedroom from a bathroom with large shower.
Further on from the hallway there is a spacious living area. To the right the dining table and the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, oven and fridge. To the left the sitting area with a French window opening onto the equipped terrace of the house which has a magnificent view over the coast and beach below. A second bathroom is situated next to the kitchen and has a large shower. To the rear of the living area there is another French windows opening onto garden terrace with its barbecue area, and a flight of stairs from here leads to the roof area.
