Technical Description of Villa Saracena in Conca dei Marini
From the off-road parking space alongside the coast road, you descend a series of 72 steps to the main entrance into a small vestibule. A bright and airy living room leads off and from there a corridor accesses three bedrooms. The first two are twin bedded with en-suite shower rooms, the last a double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi and shower above. An internal staircase from the living room leads to the spacious kitchen from where the outside dining area can be reached through French windows. Next to the kitchen is a dining room and a small bathroom. A large and comfortable second living room with two sofa beds completes the property.
