Technical Description of Villa Casa di Praiano in Praiano Top Floor You enter Villa di Praiano from the top and third floor. There is an entrance area leading to a spiral staircase which takes you down to the second floor. First Floor The staircase leads into a foyer. Off of the foyer is one master bedroom with fireplace and a bathroom with a large shower. Walk through the bedroom and you will find a terrace with splendid views over both the sea and the private garden. To the left of the foyer is one twin bedroom with access to the garden. Another staircase takes you to the ground floor. Ground Floor This staircase ends in an entrance way. To the right of the entrance way is a fully equipped kitchen. Directly in front of the entrance way is a spacious dining room. To the left of the entrance way is a large living room which opens onto the terrace and the main garden. The terrace has a dining area. Also off the living room is another one double bedroom and separate bathroom with bathtub and shower. A power room with a shower is also reached through this bedroom.
